This product is a one-year subscription to the full license of HCS 2023 to be used by a Single “Office” only for commercial (non-academic) use. The definition of “Office” encompasses any number of computers within the End User immediate physical office.

The Software may only be used within a classroom within the immediate school, comprising one or more contiguous rooms in a single location, up to the permitted (purchased) number of seats. Multiple classrooms require multiple licenses. The Software may not be installed or used on any computer outside of the licensed classroom under the Academic License, including (but not limited to) any office, home, networked or portable computer.
