This product extends the HCS7 license subscription for one year from the expiration date of the previous support. (Note: The first year is included in the software purchase or upgrade fee). It is valid for the following HCS7 license types: Single Agency ("Office"), Classroom Training (10-Seat Lab), Academic Research.

Detailed consulting assistance (beyond normal technical support) can be accessed for an hourly fee. Training courses are offered several times per year through our HCS Hands-On Training or live upon request
